Circus Arrives

The Circus is finished.

I really do enjoy making theme teams & armies.
This was great fun to plan, convert & paint.

So let's peek into the Big Tent..

Ring Master calls out to the crowd while Maggy the Magnificent entertains them.

The Blitzers (wights) of the team have side-shows of their own..
Pit your strength against Butcher Bill and watch the throwing knife skills of Jack Knife.

No Circus is a circus without animals, especially Monkeys! These simians will steal the ball, or your pocketbook... so be careful!

The big cats are always a popular attraction.  Werewolves? why bother when you can have the king of the jungle!

Misha the Dancing Bear and Jumbo!

Clowns... "Can't sleep... clowns will eat me..."

The team ready to entertain...

Thanks for looking!

And enjoy the music & movie:

Some really unusual minis, whose maker is it? The boxer is particulary well painted imo.The whole made me think about Eden rather than Bloodbowl.

Beautiful work, what a team.

Thank you both! I appreciate the feedback.

Dr.Willet: The minis are from a variety of sources:

Cats, bear & elephant from Impact! Miniatures (sangrit team)

Ghoul Monkeys converted from GW Ghouls.

Zombies: converted mostly from GW zombies, with some parts from GW empire militia & some Mantic Zombies.

Ring Master is converted from Uncle Sam, Reaper Chronoscope- the magician, boxer & knife master are from the same line. The boxer I added a handlebar mustache to him. Thanks re: the boxer: I put extra effort on him to give the appearance of heavy body hair and shaved head.

The tokens are sculpted from fimo.

I'm digging your figures, but I think I like your musical taste more. I haven't heard this song for probably 20 years. I used to have it on a tape somewhere, but it's long lost and forgotten. Thanks for reminding me that the Toy Dolls rock.
